Configuring the ImageNow Connection Profile

An improperly configured connection profile can lead to network errors when trying to sign into the ImageNow Client. Use the following steps to set up your connection profile for ImageNow:
  1. From the ImageNow sign in window, click on Connection Profiles > Edit Connection Profiles
  2. On the next screen, if there is a profile listed, make sure it is highlighted and click Modify...
    • If there is not a profile listed, click on Create... instead
  3. On the connection profile window, make sure your settings match the image below:
    • Server ID:
    • Port Number: 5000

  4. Click OK until back at the sign in window and attempt to log into ImageNow again
